Public Domain Content: The original Sanskrit text of the Bhagavad Gita is in the public domain. Our specific translations, commentary, and presentation of this text are original works.
App Content: All translations, interpretive content, visual design, graphics, user interface elements, and the overall look and feel of Gita Flow are the intellectual property of Gita Flow and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent.
Sharing: You are permitted to share individual verse quotes using the app's built-in sharing features for personal, non-commercial use.
Highlights, notes, bookmarks, and journal entries that you create within Gita Flow are stored exclusively on your device. You retain full ownership of this content. We do not access, collect, or store your user-generated content on our servers.
Please be aware that this content is not backed up to any cloud service by the app. If you delete the app, reset your progress, or change devices, this content will be permanently lost.
You agree to use Gita Flow only for its intended purpose as a personal reading and contemplation companion. You agree not to:

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE USE OF THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP, IF ANY.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Gita Flow and its developers, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from or related to your use of the app, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
If you downloaded Gita Flow from Apple's App Store or Google Play Store, you also agree to comply with the applicable store's terms of service. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the applicable store's terms, the store's terms shall govern with respect to your use of the store's platform.

You may stop using Gita Flow at any time by uninstalling the app from your device. We reserve the right to discontinue, suspend, or modify the app or any part of it at any time without prior notice. Upon termination of your use of the app, all locally stored data will remain on your device until you manually delete it or uninstall the app.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and make the revised Terms available within the app. Material changes will be communicated through the app where feasible. Your continued use of the app following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the app shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Gita Flow regarding your use of the app, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals, and agreements, whether oral or written.
